TERMS OF SALE
Standard Net 30 days from the date of invoice on approved credit, except where otherwise agreed in writing by Falcon Maching & Fabrication Ltd. If purchases are PST exempt, please provide PST exemption certificate. Without this certificate, applicable taxes will be applied to all sales.

TERMS OF CREDIT:
A finance charge of 2% per month on the unpaid balance accrues from the due date. This is an annual percentage rate of 24% simple interest. In the event the account is delinquent and satisfactory arrangements have not been made for payment, debtor agrees to pay all collections costs and reasonable attorney fees. The parties agree that Ontario courts have jurisdiction over them and this Agreement, that Ontario is the appropriate place for venue of any litigation arising thereunder,
and that all such litigation shall, to the extent possible, be in Ontario.

Applicant warrants that all statements made herein are true and correct to the best of Applicants knowledge necessary for evaluation of this application. Applicant authorizes the above listed references to release credit information about the Applicant’s account. Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the above listed references and Falcon Machining & Fabrication Ltd. and their employees and agents from any and all liability resulting from the released information, the evaluation of this credit application and the extension of credit hereunder. Applicant agrees to provide such further credit information or assurance as may be requested by Falcon Machining & Fabrication Ltd. at any time. Falcon Maching & Fabrication Ltd., in its sole discretion and judgment, may discontinue credit at any time without prior notice.
